Calvin wrote commentaries or lectures on most of the Bible; each book below links to its own index. One note per Bible chapter, except the two harmonies noted below, which follow their sources’ own topical structure.

Deviations from the one-note-per-chapter format
- Harmony of the Law (calcom03–06): Calvin arranged Exodus–Deuteronomy topically (a ‘History’ narrative plus the Law by commandment), so its folder has one note per source division rather than per Bible chapter.
- Harmony of the Evangelists (calcom31–33): Matthew, Mark, and Luke are combined into one harmonized sequence; one note per harmonized passage division.
- Ezekiel stops at chapter 20 — Calvin died before completing the lectures.
- Psalm 119 is split across calcom11/calcom12 in the source; it is merged into a single note here.
- The dedication in calcom45 covers the whole Catholic Epistles volume; it is filed under James (first of those books in canonical order).

Judges, Ruth, 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Kings, 2 Kings, 1 Chronicles, 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Esther, Job, Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, Song of Solomon, 2 John, 3 John, Revelation.
(Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy are covered only via the Harmony of the Law; Matthew, Mark, and Luke only via the Harmony of the Evangelists; Ezekiel only through chapter 20.)
